
Paul is a graduate of the University of Westminster in the UK in governance, political and economic reforms, where his work touched on policy and devolution related programmes.
He has experience working with both national and county governments as the head of policy in Kajiado County and as a lead researcher at the Truth Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC).
Paul is a specialist in ensuring and goings in democratic space are protected by making sure rural communities have a stake in their governance.
Public administration advocacy to rural communities and research-based advocacy to advance better service delivery to rural communities is at the heart of his work in Adili.
