A graduate of the Bretton Hall College Theatre School at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, Lynda is an expert in community theatre as a development tool in addressing social injustices.

She has vast experience in the ‘theatre of the oppressed’ genre and Augusto Boal’s techniques using theatre as means of promoting social and political change and expanding community engagement.

At Adili, Lynda takes charge of our community theatre outreach that works with the youth and women in rural communities. The community theatre outreach unpacks public policy, governance and social economic issues into targeted messages for rural communities who despite the advent of social media remain at the bottom of the Information chain.
